Santa….

Last night we went to our church’s Christmas party.  Santa showed up.  Can you tell who he is??  I get to see him every day :D

One step closer….

We had our 2nd interview today for adoption.  It was our couples interview.  I have mine on the 8th and Mikey has his on the 28th.  Then we will schedule one for Lauren.  After that we will have a family one again and hopefully we will be approved after that.  Yeah!!  Wanting to be excited, yet don’t want to get my hopes up too much. 

Paintballin’….

Mikey works M-F 7a-4p and then goes to school M-Th 6p-10:30p.  So, he doesn’t have much free time.  So when he gets a chance to go hang with the guys, he goes all the way.  They had a blast!!  These are just some of the hundreds of pics Jeslin took.  Thanks Jeslin for the awesome pics!!

Here is Lauren’s 3rd grade school picture.  This is the fall one.  She will also have one taken in the spring.  I think I like this one the best since kindergarten.  Her hair actually didn’t mess up.  Yeah!

My wonderful husband got me a new or a “new to me” vehicle.  It is a 2004 Toyota Sequoia.  Finally a four door.  Lauren doesn’t have to crawl over the seat or hit her head going into the back seat to get in.  He is so good to us :D

Adoption…

We are in the process of adoption.  We are going through the county (Sacramento), so we have to be Foster licensed first.  We have two more classes & then we will have our license on Nov 5.  Our first adoption homestudy interview is on the 9th.  We are so excited.  Especially Mikey.  We are going for a boy.  Lauren can’t wait to be a big sis.  Hopefully by her birthday in March we will go from 3 to 4.  Yeah!!
