Camp Out...

We are sleeping in Lauren's room until Wednesday.  I noticed the floor in the corner of our room last week was wet.  So I called maintenance and they put a blower in our room on Saturday and cleaned it up.  Well, it rained again on Sunday.  So we have water again in our room.  So now we have a blower going up to the ceiling, one pointing on the floor and a huge humidifier in our room and it is too loud to sleep through.  At least Lauren likes it.  She loves having us sleep in her room.  Luckily she has a day bed so we have an extra mattress and my sweet husband is letting me sleep on it :o)

New Glasses!! **

Well, I got new glasses. What'ya think? Not too bad. At least I can see better. I haven't worn glasses since...wow, I can't remember when. I had lasik done in '03. That helped a lot until the end of last year. My right eye is the bad one. I am nearsighted. The doctor told me that in about 5 years I would be needing reading glasses also. Talk about feeling old!!!

**update--No new glasses. They got returned for now. Dental work needs to be done and that comes first. I can wait for the glasses. The doctor said my eyes were good enough to pass DMV, so Mikey can have his crowns and possible root canal. Thank goodness it isn't me.

Twin Day!!

Today was twin day at Lauren's school.  So her and her best friend Makenna dressed alike.  We went shopping last week and they picked out the outfit they wanted to wear.  

Snow Day!!

We went to the snow with the Owens gang, Dave-Jeslin-Casey-Tiffany, and had a blast. Dave brought his knee board that you use behind a boat, but it worked great for going down the hill.
